Four tiers, cumulative. Each includes everything below it.

Modules: submissions, tickets, loans, assets and stocktake, directory management, knowledge base.

Also includes: built-in ticketing, RBAC, MFA, audit log, encrypted vault, email support.

Repairs, loans, assets, directory and a knowledge base. The core of a service desk, for a school that wants to stop running one out of a spreadsheet.

$14,000 a year. Onboarding $3,500.

Adds: stock, cost analytics, card checker, inductions, the student and parent portals, service levels, satisfaction, reports, the status page, and the API with webhooks and MCP.

Also includes: SIS sync, the AI assistant, business-hours support.

The self-service portals are the reason most schools land here. A kiosk and a tracking page remove more desk traffic than any other feature in the product.

Includes: self-host rights or a dedicated region, a custom SLA with service credits, a named customer success manager with roadmap input, and priority connector development.

Enterprise entitlement resolves to “everything” rather than to a fixed list, so a negotiated customer does not lose a module the day a new one is added.

The argument for moving up a tier is the per-device rate at each band limit:

Core500$6,000$12.00
Standard2,000$14,000$7.00
Advanced6,000$28,000$4.67

Nothing breaks. Overage accrues on the licence and is trued up at renewal as a single line, rather than raising a small invoice every month that finance has to process against a fresh purchase order.

Nobody is locked out of a service desk because they enrolled a class set of iPads or hired a technician.

The licence is an Ed25519-signed token the instance verifies offline with a public key.

  • No call home at sign-in.
  • A network outage cannot disable your service desk.
  • The vendor cannot silently change what you are entitled to.

If entitled modules change, the plan.changed email is sent to staff who can manage billing. It cannot be switched off.

See licence and plan.

Entitlement lives in the licence, not in the billing system. A failed payment starts a conversation. Revocation is a deliberate act.

Contracts are annual and invoiced annually, with automatic collection off, because most schools pay by transfer against a purchase order. A hosted payment page is available for anyone who would rather use a card or direct debit.

Priced separately from the licence and agreed per customer, because it depends on the region and the size of the deployment. See what managed hosting is.

Self-host rights are part of Enterprise, or negotiated separately. Every other tier can be self-hosted where the agreement allows it; the software is the same artefact either way.
